• Usage data: basic analytics (pages viewed, device/browser type, approximate city) via privacy-friendly analytics; no session audio/video recording.

• No real names or personal identification are required to use the service.
• No session recordings (audio or video).
• No identification documents or government IDs.
• No precise location data; we only use general region for listener matching.
• No payment card data is stored on our servers (processed by third‑party payment gateways if applicable).

3. How we use your data

• To schedule and deliver your session (emails, calendar links).
• To match you with an appropriate listener based on your preferences.
• To improve reliability and security of the platform (aggregated analytics and logs).
• To respond appropriately if a safety concern or emergency is disclosed.
• To send critical service updates; marketing emails are only sent with your consent and can be opted out anytime.

4. Lawful basis

We rely on your consent for optional marketing and on legitimate interest/contractual necessity to provide the service (booking, matching, notifications).
